First, thank you for your interest in EPCNT.
If you are wanting to become a vendor:
- Membership to EPCNT is restricted to public school districts, charter schools, and Region Service Centers that reside within the geographical boundaries of Region 10 and Region 11 as defined by the Texas Education Agency. Vendors cannot join EPCNT.
- However, you can become a vendor by being awarded on an eligible contract used under the EPCNT umbrella that is issued and awarded by one of our members. Such contract has inclusive language that once accepted and agreed to by each awarded vendor allows the contract to be shared within the legal bounds of this purchasing cooperative. Compliance with all required procurement laws is a component of each individual purchase contract and not with the EPCNT Purchasing Cooperative itself since there is no administrative board, body or agency that operates the EPCNT. For members to utilize eligible contracts, it will be necessary for them to obtain all needed due diligence documentation from the awarding member entity and the vendors.
As an interested non-member, you do have the ability to do the following:
- View a listing of current member districts of EPCNT by going to "Member Districts" on the top menu bar.
- View a listing of upcoming bids supplied by current EPCNT member entities by going to "Current Bid Opportunities" on the top menu bar.
Please keep in mind that most of the pages on this site are only accessible to members. So, for many menu options, you will see a login page. Please click on your browser's back button to return to your previous page.
